To ensure that the project needs are matched to skills, we employ our own web-based look-up portal which lists more than 550 skills including non-technical, but often essential, proficiencies such as languages, working in confined spaces or diving.The portal links and updates, as we train and improve our abilities.
Continuous improvement by training is essential to maintain performance.The skills portal identifies our needs and drives our training programme with personal annual reviews completing the process. As a recent review by Investors in People assessors commented:
