Rolton Group has a new Framework Agreement with Cool Planet
The increasing demand on local authorities and property developers to make their buildings and developments more energy efficient and reduce emissions is leading many to investigate the use of sustainable or renewable energy sources.
Planning authorities are looking for a contribution of 10 to 20 per cent from renewable energy and such sources as ground heat are coming into their own. A new company, Cool Planet Technologies, is addressing the needs by providing holistic energy solutions from design through to installation, management and maintenance.
For technical expertise Cool Planet has entered into a framework agreement with Rolton Group to provide all the necessary skills including advice and design of ground energy based systems. Rolton Group’s engineers will help clients to analyse and model their buildings. They will design or specify the client’s distribution system for heat, arrive at the right demand for energy and make sure that what’s delivered is what’s needed.
Traditional air conditioning is bad for the planet, ground source energy can cool buildings as well as heat them with a clear conscience. Concern over clean and renewable sources of energy is only going to rise and Cool Planet is going to be a part of the situation.
The difference about Cool Planet is that they are an end-to-end solution. Cool Planet are working with Rolton Group for the best technical advice. The products will be of the highest quality delivered with a guarantee of performance.
