Redevelopment of Daventry Town Centre
Rolton Group has been appointed as Consulting Engineers for the services of civil, structural and building services.
This is for a number of projects that form part of the redevelopment of Daventry town centre.
The town centre redevelopment is part of an overall project called Town Centre Vision (TCV). This is to support the planned growth of the town from the current population of 23,000 to 40,000 by 2021.
The current appointment relates to relocation and development of:-
New Brass Band Hall
New Cadet Hall
Shops and Flats on 2 Sites
New Police Station
