Middlesex University Summer Works Begin!
Works at Middlesex Universities North London Hendon Campus are underway with two projects to remodel and refurbish two existing areas within two of the well established buildings on campus.
At the Williams Building the existing catering, servery and cafe area are being stripped out and converted into open plan offices, research facilities and student services areas. Rolton Group Ltd are appointed as Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers.
Low energy lighting, natural ventilation (only supplemented by Mechanical Ventilation where necessary) and digital energy metering on the electrical building services sub-distribution are amongst the low energy systems that have been designed by Rolton Group Ltd.

Quantity Surveyor - Nisbett LLP part of Cyrill Sweet
Over at the Main College Building seven areas of work sees the ground floor existing sports bar and canteen converted to four new seminar rooms, existing offices refurbished, student services updated and a student union bookshop created. Upon the second floor a new boardroom is being created from two existing seminar rooms and the second floor WC's are under going a full refurbishment. Rolton Group Ltd are appointed as Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers.
