Rolton Group have been appointed by Opportunity Peterborough to provide advisory & outline design services for an exiting new mixed use scheme in the heart of Peterborough. the scheme will provide Up to 40,000 sq.ft of retail / leisure space & Between 75,000 and 125,000 sq.ft of commercial office space. The Green Gateway will be a centre of excellence for environmental or environmentally minded businesses and organisations. As a development it will provide a focal point for Peterborough’s commercial activities in the environmental sector and will visibly demonstrate the City’s Environmental Capital agenda. The Green Gateway development will demonstrate Peterborough’s environmental vision and expertise and will create a new sense of
arrival to the City. The project Budget is estimated at £50.0m
