Rolton Group's office in Higham Ferrers, the Charles Parker Building, is a former 1930s factory that has been converted to meet the demands of a twenty-first century professional engineering practice. Getting round the building, and working out who works where, is important. Jaroslaw is shown round the offices and introduced to his new colleagues. Here he is, meeting chairman David Rolton.
