Chris discusses the post-Brexit opportunity for the UK to seize control of its own destiny in terms of how we meet ever-growing power demands through a more diverse mix of low carbon, renewable energy generation sources.

Among the uncertainty post-Brexit, it is no secret that electric vehicles are set to be the next game-changer in the automotive sector – a real challenge for our already struggling national grid. After leaving the EU, the UK will have a new-found freedom when it comes to defining legislation, policies and best practices for the energy sector; a welcome opportunity for us to start making serious changes in the way we supply power to the nation based on goals reflecting what's most important to us in the long-term, moving away from short-term EU set targets.
