UK Green Building Council’s 2018 Future Leaders Programme

We are delighted to announce that Senior Renewables Engineer, Ewan Cross has been selected as one of 28 Future Leaders for the UK Green Building Council’s 2018 Future Leaders Programme.

The nine-month Programme, now in its fifth year, brings together high-potential professionals from across the industry to partake in a unique programme of leadership and innovation. The Programme is designed to ensure participants develop their skills in personal leadership, collaborative thinking, business model development, innovation and storytelling.

Ewan, who has also recently achieved Chartered Membership of the Energy Institute, was required to demonstrate his current leadership skills and discuss how he would benefit from being selected and completing this Programme. He also had to exhibit his knowledge of the Built Environment, discussing the biggest challenges it faces.

Ewan is delighted to have been accepted as one of the Future Leaders as he charts the next steps in his career and cannot wait to get started.

The programme is due to start in January 2018, beginning with a two day residential, followed by a series of innovation workshops over the following nine months. The programme concludes with an evening of presentations to industry leaders in September 2018.

We want to congratulate Ewan on this huge achievement and will be supporting him as he embarks on this fantastic opportunity.
