Abseiling for Alzheimer’s Research UK

Associate Director, Julian Bradbury and his wife, Caroline, are taking on an abseiling challenge of monumental proportions at one of London’s tallest buildings, to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Taking place at Broadgate Tower in London’s Financial District, one of the tallest structures in London at 33 storeys high, Ricoh Europe (whose London office is based at Broadgate Tower) organised the abseiling event that Julian and Caroline are taking part in, in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

“Alzheimer’s Research UK is an organisation that does fantastic work and has supported so many people, including members of my family and Caroline’s,” Julian explained. “To celebrate our recent marriage in July, in a fit of madness we both signed up to this event organised by Caroline’s employer Ricoh, to abseil down the outside of Broadgate Tower - a mere 541 feet in height! We’re both really looking forward to the challenge and hope to raise awareness for a brilliant charity.”

The daring duo will be abseiling down Broadgate Tower on Sunday 8th September. If you would like to support Julian and Caroline’s fundraising efforts for this challenge, you can make a donation via Julian's online fundraising page, linked here: https://ricoh-alzheimers-research-uk.everydayhero.....
