Rolton Group are making a £500 donation to The Squirrels in Rushden instead of sending cards and gifts to clients and contacts this Christmas.

The Squirrels, part of the Short Breaks for Disabled Children and Young People service, is one of three facilities in Northamptonshire providing respite care for disabled children and young people. Their specialist service provides nursing care and a structured environment for children of all ages with autism, complex behaviour and/or complex health needs, providing an opportunity for parents and carers to ‘recharge their batteries’ in the knowledge that their child is in a safe, supportive and stimulating environment.

Peter Rolton, Chairman of Rolton Group, said: “The fantastic team at The Squirrels provide their services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This much needed service helps so many families and we’re very pleased to have made a donation to help their excellent work continue.”

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of us at Rolton Group!
