Today saw the opening of the new and improved H&M store at Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough.
The new store, which covers 2,061sqm of retail floor space will continue to offer their women’s, men’s and children’s ranges, as well as offering new additions including sportswear and their beauty range.
Rolton Group provided structural, mechanical and electrical advice on the upfront landlord enabling works prior to the inward tenants shop fit. The team was tasked to review and comment on the inward tenant’s design proposals, to ensure compliance with the centre’s retail delivery shop fit out specification and guidance notes, comment on the contractor’s commissioning and test certification prior to the outlet opening earlier today.
