The Ferrers School invited us to present at their Year 12 ‘Futures Week’ to explore potential career pathways. Tim Kaye gave a broad overview of Rolton, whilst Ryan McAllister shared his aspirational journey to become a Senior Engineer.

We had a great afternoon at the Careers Fair, meeting students in the Sixth Form and those starting to look at GCSE options.

Our stand was buzzing with students taking part in a quiz, asking about careers in engineering and opportunities for work experience.

Rolton contributes to new 2030 built environment workforce planning report

Rolton is pleased to have contributed to the newly launched industry report, ‘Built Environment Strategic Workforce Planning for 2030’.

The comprehensive publication stems from the latest INSPIRE event hosted by the Built Environment Futures Assembly (BEFA). This powerful leadership forum was established by the University of the Built Environment (UBE) to break down professional silos, spark collaboration, and drive excellence across engineering, construction, and real estate.
