We are delighted to announce that Craig Smith has accepted an invitation from the Board of Directors to join the Board as a Director of Rolton Group, effective from the 1st June 2016.

In his new role, Craig will be taking on the further development of M&E and C&S disciplines at our Peterborough office, along with Associate Director Paul Housego.

Craig first joined Rolton Group back in 2002 as an Assistant Project Engineer and since then, has helped to deliver countless successful projects across a broad spectrum of sectors. In particular, Craig has excelled in the retail, education and commercial sectors, having consistently delivered exceptional projects for long-term clients such as Queensgate Shopping Centre and City University, London.

Craig has undertaken extensive professional development over the years; with Rolton Group’s support, besides building up a considerable portfolio of experience, he completed his HNC, earnt his master’s degree, became a Chartered Building Services Engineer and has now completed his mentoring and Director training programme.

Rolton strengthens vertical transportation division with strategic appointment of senior consultant.

We are delighted to welcome Krzysztof Mielnik to the Rolton team as senior consultant for vertical transportation (VT).

Krzysztof’s appointment marks the next step in the rapid growth of our recently launched independent Vertical Transportation consultancy. Led by industry expert Tim Piggott, our dedicated VT team provides comprehensive expertise across the entire lifecycle of advanced lift technology from design and construction to commissioning, handover, and ongoing operational support.

The comprehensive publication stems from the latest INSPIRE event hosted by the Built Environment Futures Assembly (BEFA). This powerful leadership forum was established by the University of the Built Environment (UBE) to break down professional silos, spark collaboration, and drive excellence across engineering, construction, and real estate.
