Global car manufacturer Honda has announced a new on-site biomass facility at its Swindon site that could supply up to 30% of energy needs, and we are proud to be working alongside them to make this ambition a reality.

The project has now been exposed to national press, with an article in this month’s Professional Engineer explaining how the technology will be used to reduce emissions and alleviate pressure from the National Grid whilst significantly reducing their energy bill. You can read the article, which includes quotations from Chairman Peter Rolton, here:

The Honda project is one of several that we are currently developing, and is a frontrunner in the on-site generation race. Many of the UK’s largest energy users could benefit from similar schemes, and if you would like further information on the opportunities they present, please contact Peter Rolton: Peter.Rolton@rolton.com
