Rolton provide VT consultancy for condition surveys, feasibility studies, energy use calculations, statutory compliance assessment, life-cycle reporting, financial planning, design & specification, tender evaluation, project monitoring, witness test & commissioning, CDM management, LOLER monitoring and maintenance management.

- New Projects: Major contracts for lift, escalator and loading bay equipment design & specification replacement & refurbishment
- New Clients: Residential, retail, pharmaceutical, higher education, commercial & distribution sectors
- Framework Success: Appointment to the NEUPC Lifts Consultancy Framework, a £34m agreement serving universities and colleges across the UK
- Strategic Growth: Expanded our UK footprint, including a new a London and Northern base to serve large commercial centres and office refurbishment projects.
With over 25 years’ experience in the vertical transportation industry Tim has a deep understanding of the industry, with focus on sustainability and minimising energy use through design and advanced lift technology.
Our VT team collaborates with colleagues in mechanical, electrical and structural engineering within a multi-disciplinary approach to give clients a complete end-to-end service as trusted advisors.
