As lead consultant Rolton have taken the role of architect, project manager and contract administrator, managing quantity surveying and core engineering services encompassing structural engineering, strategic energy and utilities, mechanical and electrical building services (MEP) and design coordination alongside partners Dunwoodie Swift Architects and Consult North.
The project involves strip-out and amalgamation of three inward tenant retail units, followed by a comprehensive Category A base build and part fit out installation of primary plant equipment, distribution, HVAC and life safety systems ensuring compliance with building control regulations.
The experience opens to the public later this year, Immersive Everywhere continues to build on its success, designed for children to immerse into their own multi-sensory story with a very special surprise party with Peppa Pig, one of the many planned for 2025.
