We are delighted to announce we have been extended on Taylor Wimpey South Midlands’ Framework Agreement until 2026.
We have worked in collaboration with Taylor Wimpey homes for over two decades, helping to deliver a wide variety of residential developments across the UK and specifically, the South Midlands.
This extension is a testament to our success at maintaining longstanding client relationships through effective communication and exceeding client expectations when delivering projects.
Being extended for a further four-year period further solidifies our working relationship and our commitment to delivering exceptional projects in the region moving forward.
The framework itself provides access to specialist design and consultancy services within the residential built environment, striving to create high-quality, sustainable and affordable homes across the South Midlands.
The framework extension further enhances our presence in the residential sector, particularly in the region of sustainable home-building, which is integral to the growth of Rolton Group and a key factor in our five-year business plan.
