Rolton Group has extensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector having worked on many projects of different scope and size at a number of UK shopping centres.
We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to provide multi-disciplinary engineering services for this multimillion pound refresh project at centre:mk.
Our engineers will be providing civil, structural, mechanical and electrical detailed design services within this project, which comprises of the refurbishment of Sunset Walk, Acorn Walk, Silbury Arcade and Midsummer Arcade. More specifically, they will be designing a new dining/mall seating area as well as replacing the existing lighting system and upgrading the existing sprinkler pipework. Our engineers will also be refurbishing the four entrances to the different areas of the shopping centre as part of this scheme, putting particular emphasis on the Sunset Walk entrance.
