Top 150 Consultants 2022

We’re pleased to share that Rolton Group feature once again in Building Magazine’s Top 150 Consultants and Top 50 Engineers league tables.

After contacting almost 300 organisations to participate in the Top Consultants survey, Building Magazine announced their 2022 results with Rolton Group ranking at position 117 in the Top 150 Consultants list and 42nd in the Top 50 Engineers list.

Our Managing Director, Craig Smith, said:

It’s brilliant to see our position rising year on year in the Top 150 Consultants list – testament to the dedication and achievements of our talented colleagues and strong, growing team.”

Participating organisations responded to questions about the number of chartered, non-chartered and technical employees, their offices, business revenue, recruitment matters and views on the impact of external market forces like Brexit and the war in Ukraine on business operations.

Rolton strengthens vertical transportation division with strategic appointment of senior consultant.

We are delighted to welcome Krzysztof Mielnik to the Rolton team as senior consultant for vertical transportation (VT).

Krzysztof’s appointment marks the next step in the rapid growth of our recently launched independent Vertical Transportation consultancy. Led by industry expert Tim Piggott, our dedicated VT team provides comprehensive expertise across the entire lifecycle of advanced lift technology from design and construction to commissioning, handover, and ongoing operational support.

The comprehensive publication stems from the latest INSPIRE event hosted by the Built Environment Futures Assembly (BEFA). This powerful leadership forum was established by the University of the Built Environment (UBE) to break down professional silos, spark collaboration, and drive excellence across engineering, construction, and real estate.
