As of 1st April 2023, three Rolton Group colleagues stepped up to undertake new roles, having earned well-deserved promotions.

Congratulations to Senior Engineers Bryan Hoadley (from our Civil & Infrastructure service line) and Scott Renfrey (from our Structural service line) who have both been promoted to the position of Associate Director (Designate). Congratulations also go to Callum Thorn, a Graduate who has stepped up to the position of Project Engineer within our Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) service line.

In their new roles as Associate Director (Designate), Bryan and Scott will be part of our wider Senior Management Team (SMT), assuming greater responsibility for a wide variety of engineering deliverables and technical standards, overseeing and supporting their service lines, and managing and developing client relationships; as well as continuing to provide clients and colleagues throughout the business with engineering excellence and constructive advice to aid smooth project delivery.

As a Project Engineer, Callum will take on more complex engineering challenges, liaising more frequently with clients directly and continuing to support projects across a range of sectors.

Managing Director, Craig Smith, said of the occasion:“We’re so proud to announce these promotions for Bryan, Scott and Callum. They’ve all gone above and beyond regularly to support clients and colleagues, championing high quality and excellent design and consultancy to make sure projects are delivered reliably and with clear, practical advice. I wish them every success in their new roles and look forward to seeing their careers continue to advance with us.”

Congratulations, gentlemen!
