Bryan is an Associate Director (Designate) within our Civil & Infrastructure service line and member of our Senior Management Team. He is responsible for a wide variety of civil engineering deliverables and technical standards, overseeing and supporting his service line team and providing clients with intelligent engineering solutions and constructive advice to aid smooth project delivery.

Based in Peterborough since graduating in 2016, Bryan has continued to rise through the ranks and gained valuable experience in running multiple projects, undertaking detailed technical design challenges, managing, and developing client relationships and taking an active role in business development.

At Rolton, Bryan leads civil and infrastructure engineering design elements for projects across sectors such as residential, commercial and industrial. He works with a range of clients including several national housebuilders to help deliver mixed-use and residential developments, amongst other projects. He regularly helps clients and design teams navigate the planning process for new developments, taking initial concepts through to successful planning outcomes and from there, into practical detailed designs ready for construction stages.
