Cheryl oversees Human Resources and delivery of the People strategy, promoting continuous growth and development.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, and Executive Board, maintaining a holistic view of the business curates a positive culture that underpins the values and vision of Rolton.

Leading on the development and implementation of creative and insightful solutions to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent offering an exceptional employee experience. Passionate for supporting all employees, building strong relationships, and embracing new ideas and processes adhering to employment law.

With over 30 years of experience, having joined Rolton in 1994 as office junior Cheryl has progressed through the company to the positions of Office Manager, Administrator, Senior Team Administrator, PA to the Directors and most recently appointed as Executive Assistant.

Cheryl has a wealth of knowledge and experience, working closely with the engineering service lines, as well as taking responsibility as Quality and Environmental Systems Manager for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation and provides support obtaining numerous company accreditations and memberships.
