Craig’s customer focussed approach develops long term relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to forge successful and high performing project teams.

With over twenty-five years of experience, gained in technical delivery and people management, a Chartered Engineer in MEP building services and most recently, Managing Director of Rolton since 2021.

During his career to date, he has demonstrated strong leadership, team coordination, and collaboration skills. He has expertise in data analysis, technical design, and report writing, all enabling the successful management of a diverse range of projects while remaining adaptable to evolving requirements.

 

He consistently delivers detailed and innovative engineering solutions and has a specialist skill set in sectors such as retail shopping centres, a niche in advanced manufacturing, automotive, Formula 1 engine and most recently, power train and test facilities.

Craig’s hands on engagement with projects, ensuring involvement from inception through to handover combined with his integrity, transparent approach, systematic thinking and problem-solving ability build trust across the project team.

In addition to be being responsible for client relationship management with several of our top customers, Craig leads a culture of continuous improvement, precision, leadership, development for autonomy across the senior management team and a spearhead in our drive for sustainable solutions and environmental awareness across built environment
