As Executive Officer to Peter Rolton, Chairman at Rolton, Darcy is an ambitious and articulate graduate attaining a first-class honours degree in History at Cardiff University and kick-starting her career with Rolton.
Darcy provides board level support to Peter strengthening the day-to-day running of the firm with some of the world’s greatest businesses, across a wide range of industry sectors.
With a dynamic approach, working in a fast-paced environment, Darcy is a personable individual with excellent communication skills that support Peter to maintain his strategic relationships, whilst managing client requirements at the forefront of the business.
Darcy has a high level of professionalism managing the relationships of key stakeholders and co-ordinating activities of the Senior Management Team, working with Executive Directors, Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Engineers.
Keen to empower future young professionals, Darcy heads up the internal NextGen committee with the aim to support colleagues’ professional development and networking skills for successful career progression in the built environment sector.
Working with Dorchester Living, Rolton has developed an ambitious new energy strategy that combines digital innovation, embedded renewable energy, and a clear trajectory towards net zero for their Heyford Park development in Oxfordshire.
