He is an experienced mechanical engineer and advocate of low-carbon, energy efficient design solutions and is fully conversant with dynamic simulation modelling and building regulations Part L compliance.
He has wide experience in the decarbonisation of buildings and is a specialist in the integration of new technologies within existing systems. His passion for decarbonisation enables his strategic advice to include applicable LZ technologies to every project, driving the movement towards Net Zero.
A specialist in the retail and leisure sector Iain is an expert in planned performative maintenance whilst keeping facilities live. He ensures all projects are delivered smoothly whilst consistently planning to ensure efficient, cost-effective solutions are always executed. Whilst embedding new technologies such as heat pumps and keeping up with the changing necessities of EV demand. Iain stays ahead of the curve by planning for change in technology as it emerges and develops.
