As an Associate Director and experienced engineer, Scott manages several projects from concept through to final handover and takes the lead on delivering a range of civil and structural engineering deliverables and practical advice for projects across the residential, industrial, education and retail sectors, amongst others.
He has a particular interest in sustainable development, renovation, and the conservation of older buildings, having worked on many projects involving Grade II listed buildings throughout his career
Scott joined Rolton as a Senior Engineer and was promoted to the position of Associate Director in 2023, taking on increased responsibilities commercially, in overseeing the Structural service line’s engineering outputs, supporting both colleagues and clients, and with regards to business development and the strategic growth of Rolton.
Rolton have steadily developed our work and commitment to the North East region over the last few years through our Newcastle office and we were pleased to move our team to a new city central location in 2024. We are therefore delighted to reinforce this commitment by joining the NewcastleGateshead Initiative as a Corporate Partner for 2025.
As we approach the end of the year and the holidays, we reflect on a year full of expansion and growth and look forward to 2025.
With more than 44 years of Rolton this year has seen us developing our business internally and externally, strengthening the board, refreshing the brand, expanding the office network and sharing our thought leadership.
