Executive Assistant, providing support to the wider Executive Team. With over 20 years’ experience working at Rolton, Tracey is a key member of the Senior Management Team, providing support to the Executive Team.

Tracey has exceptional communication skills, responsible for the management of the administrative team, and engineering service line administrators organising multiple concurrent project and tasks.

With the dynamic nature of the team delivers flexibility and co-ordination of high-level workflows providing consistency, and prioritisation to ensure operations run efficiently to achieve company goals and objectives.
