Data Centre & AI are becoming one of the most accelerated growth areas in the construction and engineering sectors, generating the demand for power and technical solutions.

Rolton recently coordinated a multi-billion-pound deal for a new data centre campus with a global property development company, who own QTS a data centre operator with sites across the world.

We recognise the importance of providing safe, healthy, and supportive environments for children and young adults to learn and develop, and our work in the education sector helps deliver these key demands. 

Whether it’s a new build project, a recent example was providing engineering services for Buntingford School, the first net zero carbon school in the county, through to delivering decarbonisation projects for De Montfort University in Leicester, our teams provide innovative solutions successfully delivering projects across the UK.

Retail has changed significantly over the past 10 years.  The continued growth in online shopping, the closure of flagship retailers on the high street and the overall downturn in footfall has presented some very challenging conditions.
