Building Services Engineering systems include mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services (MEP).

Delivering sustainable solutions and energy savings combined with architecturally sympathetic designs has shaped the role of the modern building services engineer – specialists who play a vital role in the success of built environment and construction projects.

Our duties are undertaken with our clients, stakeholders and end-user experience firmly in mind. Flexibility, value, life-cycle and aesthetics are considered along with high-performance technology to ensure buildings meet our client’s aspirations and are as sustainable and efficient as possible.

New build, retrofit, extension or full refurbishment – we apply our MEP expertise to all types of project across a wide spectrum of market sectors. From briefing to handover – or those stages required for any particular client or situation.

To optimise energy efficiency we adopt a methodology which holistically considers fabric heat losses and gains, building orientation, lighting – including daylighting and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems.

We assess all appropriate options to assist our clients in making informed decisions to meet their project and business aspirations as well as their environmental targets.
