At Rolton, we have a specialist strategic energy and sustainability team dedicated to auditing, assessing, advising, developing, and supporting the implementation of sustainable, and resilient energy and decarbonisation strategies to meet climate change targets for corporate organisations, local authorities, investment funds, strategic landowners, property and land developers, energy providers, contractors and professional service advisors.

We assist our clients in understanding their energy requirement, consumption, and efficiency, offering solutions as to how energy use can be minimised through conservation, recovery and efficiency enhancement, can be supplied/offset through local renewable and low carbon energy generations, including reducing the carbon impact of projects through stakeholder analysis and engagement.

Our knowledge of built environment and sustainable design can be applied in projects across a variety of sectors and our experience in this field has led to us working at a high level with international blue-chip companies and government bodies, providing expert advice on energy reduction, buildings and estate performance, and enhanced efficiency.

Whether site pre-acquisition, acquisition, new build, retrofit, extension or full refurbishment, we can apply our energy expertise and strategies from master planning, due diligence stage and feasibility stage, through to technical design, including support through; construction, commissioning, handover & close out, in use and post-occupancy evaluation.

When it comes to energy supply and generation, our engineers are technology agnostic, ensuring every client receives a bespoke and best-fit solution to match their unique requirements, with all options considered before recommendations are made.
