"Rolton Group have worked with City, University of London for a number of years providing Mechanical & Electrical consultancy services.

Over these years they have worked on a variety of projects, both in value and complexity, from specialist engineering facilities which require complex and technical services to standard office work. They have worked in a majority of our buildings which range from naturally ventilated to mechanically ventilated. Rolton Group also worked on specialist eye testing facilities at the University and new student amenity facilities such as a cafe space, prayer rooms and teaching facilities.

Rolton Group have always provided a key role within the design team and have coordinated with the lead designers at every milestone. They input into our master programme and also give key advice on validations which for all our projects is vital.

Rolton Group dealing with design issues with not just the client but with the contractor also, at times has been critical. Their attendance and input into stakeholder meetings to ensure our stakeholders understand the design and constraints has also been invaluable."
