Rolton Group Welcomes New Head of Client Sales & Strategic Insight
Rolton Group is pleased to announce the appointment of accomplished senior business development professional, Tim Kaye, who has recently joined Rolton Group’s Senior Management Team as Head of Client Sales & Strategic Insight.
In this brand-new role for Rolton Group, Tim will be using his extensive experience, industry insights and knowledge to help deliver the Board’s business objectives and provide support for each discipline team’s business development needs. The role will see Tim focus 100% on client sales, sectors, markets, public relations and internal and external communications.
Tim joins Rolton Group with 23 years’ experience within the built environment, specialising in HVAC product solution sales. He has extensive skills and an impressive performance history in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, building relationships, managing teams and delivering business growth in both new and existing markets.
Tim brings a wealth of experience from his past roles, having previously worked as the Head of Sales for Envirotec Ltd, Sales Director for Airmaster Applied Solutions and UK Sales Manager for Fujitsu. From these positions, Tim has gained an impressive track record for not only sales, but also in client and stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, markets analysis and promotional activity.
Tim’s appointment is a significant hire and an important step in Rolton Group’s business plan to help deliver growth in a smart and sustainable way.
