As Director of Client Relationships, Tim focuses on developing long term customer relationships by fully understanding the needs of our clients to ensure we deliver sustainable and innovative engineering solutions. He uses his extensive experience, industry insights and knowledge to help deliver the Board’s business objectives and provides support for each of our service line’s business development needs.

To ensure Rolton Group provides innovative and competitive client solutions, Tim leads our market insights capability, ensuring we stay current with industry trends and innovations and is our key contact for public relations and external communications.

As part of our Senior Management Team, Tim is also involved in developing strategy and plays an active role in delivering business growth in a smart and sustainable way.
