As Head of People & Culture, Christine is part of the Senior Leadership Team and Board Member overseeing Human Resources and delivery of the People strategy, promoting continuous growth and development.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, and Executive Board, maintaining a holistic view of the business curates a positive culture that underpins the values and vision of Rolton Group.

Christine leads on the development and implementation of creative and insightful solutions to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent offering an exceptional employee experience. Passionate for supporting all employees, building strong relationships, and embracing new ideas and processes adhering to employment law.

Most recently, Christine has been studying towards a MA (Masters) in Human Resource Management, CIPD level 7 and brings a wealth of knowledge and ambition to the team.
