As Executive Officer to the Chairman at Rolton Group, Scarlett is an ambitious and articulate graduate attaining a first class with honours, BSc Economics and Management degree at the University of Leeds.

Kick-starting her career, Scarlett provides board level support to Peter Rolton strengthening the day-to-day running of the firm with some of the world’s greatest businesses, across a wide range of industry sectors.

Scarlett has a high level of professionalism managing the relationships of key stakeholders and co-ordinating activities of the Senior Management Team, working with Executive Directors, Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Engineers.
