Steven is an Associate Director within the Structural service line at Rolton Group, responsible for the day-to-day delivery and management of structural engineering projects within our multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. As part of our Senior Management Team, he is also directly involved in supporting business growth and further developing both new and existing client bases.

With wide-ranging experience across civil and structural engineering design, project management and contract administration, Steven has a strong track record and excellent understanding of how multiple elements from design and construction integrate to successfully mitigate problems and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Specialising in industrial, residential and commercial projects and experienced in supporting project delivery from concept through to construction and completion, Steven has a particular focus on integrating BIM with his designs.

Steven is a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and his additional qualifications include the NEBOSH Management of Health & Safety and National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety, as well as the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management.
