UK Housing Awards 2015

The awards, which recognise outstanding work by housing organisations to improve the lives of people in their communities, are organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Inside Housing magazine. Now in their 19th year, this year’s awards attracted more than 250 entries from all over the UK.

The development on White Farm Road, Sutton Coldfield, is now one of eight projects left in the running for the Outstanding Development of the Year - Up to 24 Homes category, which Rolton Group worked on with Birmingham City Council, Oakley Architects, Lovell Partnerships, Stewart & Harris, and EC Harris LLP.

The winners will be revealed at a ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on 21st April and award-winning writer, actress, TV presenter, and comedian Sandi Toksvig will present the awards.
