National Apprenticeship Week!

National Apprenticeship Week aims to bring the apprenticeship community together in celebrating and promoting apprenticeships and the achievements of those that are currently undergoing, or have undergone apprenticeships. We have had the honour of experiencing first-hand just how life changing these opportunities can be and this is an initiative that we fully support.

Taylor joined Rolton Group in August 2017 through the Business Administration Apprenticeship Scheme to enhance her current skill set in an environment where she could truly flourish. Although she wasn’t sure on the direction she wanted to take her career, Taylor knew that she wanted to gain practical working experience to develop her confidence and gain transferable skills that she could take with her through not only her career, but also life.

Thrilled by her progress and achievements, Taylor said,

“I am absolutely ecstatic about my recent achievement in becoming Level 2 qualified in Business Administration with Rolton Group. This opportunity has not only allowed me to gain a recognised qualification, but allowed me to learn on the job with the full support of the Rolton family. I feel that I have progressed academically, professionally and personally through this experience and have become an important part of the team where my ideas are listened too and valued.

For anyone considering an apprenticeship as the next step in their career, I urge you to embrace the opportunity with both hands and enjoy the journey as you learn and develop so much throughout.'

Taylor is now continuing to provide across the business support to the Rolton Group whilst she decides on her next step which Rolton Group will fully support her with.
