Rolton Group achieves BM TRADA Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that Rolton Group has received the ISO 9001: Quality Management and the ISO 14001: Environmental Management accreditations in the BM TRADA audit.

This is an assessment of our internal standards for quality and environmental management, which evaluated Rolton Group’s commitment to best practice and continual improvement of our procedures.

BM TRADA is an accredited Certification body that provides UKAS accredited certification to all major management systems standards. With over 90 years of experience and 4,200 global experts, they support 25,000 customers worldwide; to ensure that companies have the right frameworks in place to manage efficiency, quality, consistency and risk.

This audit comprised of a four-day face to face with our Quality and Environmental Manager at Rolton Group in our Head Office in Higham Ferrers and included a visit to our Peterborough office. The auditor initially toured our offices before carrying out interviews with our colleagues, a review of our records, procedures and work instructions. At the end of the four-day audit the auditor then presented a summary of the audit findings which included possible ways to improve our processes.

The BM TRADA audit takes place every three years and Rolton Group attained initial accreditation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in July 2011, making this the third consecutive time that we have demonstrated commitment to best practice and continual improvement of our procedures.

Peter Rolton, Chairman of Rolton Group said, “We’re pleased to confirm that Rolton Group remains fully accredited after achieving the standards of BM TRADA’s Quality and Environmental Management assessment criteria. As a result, we can provide assurance to our existing and prospective clients that our internal management system is consistently operating efficiently every year.”
