Crossing Church and Centre, Worksop
Rolton Group was appointed to provide mechanical and electrical engineering services on the all-embracing religious facility on the basis of a traditional (detailed design) basis.
The project consisted of a sanctuary, general purpose and sports hall, crèche, information technology (IT) suite, café, kitchen, dance studio and office and meeting /conference facilities.
The client’s aspiration for the project was to create ‘a place of worship, prayer and friendship.’ – http://www.thecrossing.co.uk
The café was designed to create and provide an open door to the community as a base for partners to further their community projects and opportunities.
