Key Worker Accommodation.
Rolton Group were appointed by Sanctuary Housing Association to provide mechanical and electrical engineering design services, which involved the provision of design services up to tender stage on a performance design basis.
The client’s proposal included a new build medical staff accommodation through 4 similar but separate blocks of apartments.
The team at Rolton Group were involved in the post contract duties covering quality and workmanship review, site inspections and meeting attendance for the duration of the onsite work.
Rolton Group also provided the client with independent building services clerk of works duties including regular site inspections, tracker style reporting and final witnessing of testing and commissioning prior to final handover/completion.
