“When our firm decided to make the move to a new office space in central London, we appointed Rolton Group to provide mechanical and electrical engineering services based on the strong recommendation of our contacts at Stanley Hicks. Naturally we wanted to move into our new offices on Charterhouse Street in the financial district of London as soon as possible and at the time, the property’s landlord had a team working on updates and maintenance for the building. Rolton Group’s engineers managed to design an excellent building services solution for us (including lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, general LV power, access control and fire detection and intruder alarm systems) while liaising closely with both the landlord’s construction team and our own fit-out team, carefully ensuring that their designs were always adaptable and reflective of the latest changes made by the landlord’s team every step of the way. The team also gave considerable thought to how best to meet our requirements with sustainability in mind.
